The 2018 Omaha Legacy Wealth Initiative is focused on building collaboratives of community change agents committed to building legacy wealth as the standard in Omaha. 

The Pastor's legacy wealth intensive in support of the Omaha Legacy Wealth Initiative is uniquely designed for pastors who desire to do more with what they have and learn ways to create, build, grow, and expand a plan for wealth in their communities that includes asset building and development both individual and collective.

Specifically members of this Intensive will explore:

1. Ways of discovering the unique calling of the church by exploring the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the church.
2. Systematically discover the local predicament each church will engage by utilizing data, analysis accompanied by scripture to focus God’s call for the church.
3. How to engage, motivate and maintain commitment of pastors and congregation towards the goals outlined in the church.
4. A faith based introduction to Community Revitalization and Economic Development.
5. An exploration of the fundamental concepts in the process  of working with affordable housing.
6. Ways to Prepare to to utilize faith and finance to actual construction.
7. Revenue Generation for The Church: Ways to Start Small and Think Big.
8. The five (5) Things every Pastor should know about Grants, Funding Your Community Outreach & Evangelism, and Preparing Your Community Programs for Fund-Ability.
